Cancelation Policy
Hair by Julia Gaffney requires a minimum 48 hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice are charged 50% of the booked appointment value. To ensure this cancellation policy is upheld, Hair By Julia Gaffney requires a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show. No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. Thank you for respecting this policy.
